Paul Tissandier Diploma for FAI CIG member

Yuri Yablokov of Russia was awarded a Paul Tissandier Diploma at the 113th FAI General Conference in Lausanne, 5 - 7th December 2019.

The Paul Tissandier Diploma is awarded to those who, whilst not eligible for one of FAI's major awards, has served the cause of avaition in general, and sporting and private aviation in particular by their work, initiative or devotion.
